• House: The house is large and spacious with an expansive floor area of over 250m2 offering abundant space to spread out and enjoy. The house includes a large garage for all weather parking.
• Grounds: The house is set in over 1 acre of grounds that ensure plenty of space for friends, family, cars & boats. Many delights await in the mature subtropical gardens including lemons and plums in season. Because the property is situated near a nature reserve it is not uncommon to receive visits from a wide variety of birds & even the occasional call of a nocturnal Kiwi can be heard from the lawn.
• Location: Tides is situated only minutes from Aroha Island reserve and about 1km from the local Rangitane boat ramp. Kerikeri township is only 12km away offering an extensive array of amenities including fine dining.
• Bedrooms: There is accommodation for six in three double bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, and one has a queen-size double. Bedding and towels are included. The master bedroom has ensuite facilities and sliding door access to the deck.
• Living Areas: Two living areas provide a wonderful "comfort zone" with ample room to entertain or relax with two 3-seater sofas and two reclining chairs.
• Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped and includes breakfast bar, eye level double oven, ceramic hob set in worktop, microwave, liquidiser, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, full range of pots, pans, crockery and utensils.
• Laundry: The fully equipped laundry has a large capacity washing machine and a tumble drier; also, there is an outside rotary clothes line for use on sunny days.
